What is HomelyFurniture’s Returns Policy?
Missing Orders:
On Delivery - If an item is missing or appear to not be delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible – preferably within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery.
On assembly - If a part appears to be missing, then please report the item that is missing. In any Instance, Replacements will be immediately dispatched.
Delivery Discrepancies:
If a discrepancy is discovered, then the item should be reported immediately (preferably within 24hrs of the delivery). Also if the packaging seems to be damaged on arrival, it is recommended that you mark it on the delivery note.
Wrongly Ordered or Unwanted Goods:
If an Item is Wrongly placed and the item is then delivered, HomelyFurniture will deduct a total of £40.00 for recovering the item from your doorstep. If you are unsure if you can return an item, please contact us direct for more information.
Faulty Goods:
Damage Goods – Have to be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 24hrs of receiving the product/s.
Under Warranty – If there is a fault within the product, please report the fault in the first instance with the full description. From here we can send an engineer to asses the situation or simply replace the product. If the fault is a manufacturing one and the item is under guarantee, then we will replace the item ASAP and FOC (Free Of Charge).
No Warranty - If there is a fault within the product, please report the fault in the first instance with the full description. If possible we will send an engineer and try to fix the problem or suggest a different course of action.
Packed Mattresses:
Some foam mattress will arrive vacuumed packed, please do not open and inspect if the item looks to be damaged or incorrect. There will be clear identification through the see through packaging.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Pick up is available and can be done so from our returns address, however this option must be selected from the checkout page or else you will be charged for delivery.
Does Homely Furniture sell through a retail shop?
Yes, we do have a retail shop called “Optimum Sleep” come pay us a visit for the latest offers and promotions. The address is the same one as office and warehouse address:

How do I cancel or change my order?
You should email us straight away (click here) with the change or cancellation details. Orders placed for next day delivery cannot be cancelled after 1pm, as the item would have been dispatched for delivery. If the item has not been dispatched, then the change or cancellation will be free of charge. However if you have received your items, then a recovery fee will be charged from your refund. This varies depending on your area, please email for further information. We also request that items that are being returned, please be returned in there original packaging.
Does Homely Furniture Offer any Credit options?
HomelyFurniture does not offer any credit purchase options, however if there is sufficient demand then this option will be available to everyone. Please click here to email us whether we should adopt this idea.
What if the item I want is not in stock?
If an item is indicating “out of stock” then we suggest that you choose something comparable from our wide range of high quality products. However we assure you that a product will not be out of stock for more then 5 to 10 working days, this is a part of our customer satisfaction policy.
If you do decide to order an item which is out of stock, it will be ordered from our suppliers and then dispatched to you. Regrettably we cannot guarantee dispatch or delivery of an item which is out of stock.
Will HomelyFurniture be able to give an exact delivery time?
Regrettably we are unable to provide a more pacific time for your delivery. Your order will arrive between the hours of 8am to 6pm, we apologise for any inconvenience.
